Return Policy:Returns/order cancellations cannot be made while in transit. At time of receiving shipment, the orders CAN be returned and a partial refund will be issued. There is a 25% restocking fee on ALL returned items. Your return shipping to our location is covered by you as well as you are responsible if the item gets lost in the mail. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN UNOPENED UNDAMAGED CONDITION! Customer is responsible for shipping charges BACK to our warehouse for returned items. Opened packaging CANNOT be returned and is a final sale.
Order Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order to receive a partial refund. Ten percent cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders within the first 24 hours. After the 24hour period, it is considered a return. If order has already shipped, it is considered a return. If an order is submitted by mistake, an email must be submitted within 1 hour of the order being placed acknowledging the accidental order, in order to receive a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping to our warehouse for returned items.
Item ExchangeAn item can be exchanged if it is defective. Items CANNOT be exchanged for color,size or any other attribute problem. The customer is responsible for the order that they placed and it is the customers responsibility to make sure they ordered the correct items.
Defective Products: If a product is considered to be defective upon receiving it, it can be EXCHANGED for another of the same product that is not defective. Defective products can only be exchanged for a working product, there is no refunds on defective product. For a defective product exchange, EZFlatScreen will pay for return shipping of the item back to our warehouse.
