- We ship all orders within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. We will always notify you via e-mail provided at checkout when your item has shipped.
- Privacy & Security
- Any information collected by us is used ONLY by us to process orders. Your information is ONLY saved in our database if you have created an account and even then, NO payment information is saved, only name, address and other general information. If you do not wish any information to be saved in our database, during checkout choose the "checkout as guest" option. This will however require that you re-enter all of your information each time that you order from us.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns:
- For items to be returned they must be in "like new" condition with ALL packaging in tact. They cannot be damaged in any way or show signs of installation.
- For return to take place, an e-mail must be sent to admin@ezflatscreen.com explaining your issue and instructions will follow.
- For a return that is NOT due to any problem with your product, you, the customer are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. - Exhanges/Defects:
- If your order arrives incorrectly, (example, wrong color from what you ordered, wrong item, etc) we will arrange pre-paid shipping back to our location and ship you the correct items. If the correct item is no longer available we will refund you the amount in question.

- Viewing Orders
- If you created an account and ordered through our site while logged into your account, all your past orders will be available when you log in along with their current status. If you checked out using the "Guest" option, we do not store ANY order information except for what is necessary for us to fulfil the order. We will be able to access your information, however it is not available on our website for you to view.
- Updating Account Information
- If any of your personal contact information has changed, you may sign into your account and update it by clicking the "My Account" tab. Always keep your account information up to date to avoid the possibility of articles being sent to an incorrect address..
